Located in Beverly, Massachusetts, The Children's Center for Communication (CCCBSD) is a school for children ages 3 to 22 with unique developmental, physical, and communication needs.

 

 

 

CCC boasts small classroom size of 4-5 students with an intensive faculty ratio. The program supports a general life-skills curriculum, classroom and community-based instruction, therapeutic and daily care support, use of technology including Assistive Technology and AAC.

 

Candidates should have experience working in a classroom or special needs setting, and have experience using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Bachelors degree in Human Services or related field preferred. Related experience in Human Services and Behavior Management and ABA can be substituted for educational requirement. Typical 180 day school year calendar plus a 24 day summer schedule. You will receive support from a complete team of specialists including: SLPs, OTs, PTs, BCBA, School Psychologist, Assistive Technology support, Adaptive Physical Education, Curriculum Specialists, and more. Recent graduates of Communication Disorders, Psychology, or Teaching programs are encouraged to apply. We support our teaching assistants, through tuition reimbursement in developing a career track toward a Master's degree and becoming a special needs classroom teacher.

 

Depending on experience and degree, salary range is $37,700-48,600 annually.  Positions open now for the 2023-2024 school year.
